Shipping / Pickup Policy

At Poona Film Centre, we provide camera and equipment rental services only. We do not sell products or provide shipping/delivery services.

📍 Pickup & Return

  • All rented equipment must be picked up and returned directly from our store.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own transportation of the equipment.
  • Equipment must be returned by the agreed date and time to avoid late charges.

⏰ Timings

  • Pickup and return are available during our store working hours only (09:00 AM – 10:00 PM) (Mon-Sun).
  • Customers should confirm their booking in advance to ensure equipment availability.

🪪 Verification

  • A valid ID proof is required at the time of pickup.
  • Customers may be asked to provide a security deposit depending on the equipment.

📌 Important Notes

  • We do not provide home delivery, courier, or shipping of rental equipment.
  • Equipment is to be handled with care; any damages or delays in return may lead to additional charges as per our rental terms.
  • Rentals are strictly for temporary use – all items remain the property of Poona Film Centre.
