Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer refunds within 7 days from your booking start date.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since your booking start date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
  • To be eligible, your booking/item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and (if applicable) in its original packaging.
  • Bookings or items purchased on sale may not qualify for a refund.
  • Some categories may be non-refundable, and this will always be made clear at the time of purchase/booking.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email only. Please contact us at backoffice@poonafilm.com with your booking/order details to start the process.

Once we receive your refund request by email and review it, we’ll send you a confirmation about the status. if Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 days.
